Terms & Conditions for TeeFusion

1. Acceptance of Terms

By placing an order with TeeFusion, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Order Process

All orders are subject to:

• Design approval before printing begins
• Availability of materials and printing capacity
• Full payment confirmation before production
• Delivery time estimates are approximate and not guaranteed

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are quoted in South African Rand (ZAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payment is required in full before production begins. We accept electronic payments and bank transfers.

4. Delivery

Delivery is provided via Paxi courier services. Delivery times vary by location. TeeFusion is not responsible for delays caused by the courier service or other external factors. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery addresses.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

Due to the custom nature of our products:

• Returns are only accepted for manufacturing defects
• Refunds are issued at our discretion for defective products
• No returns or refunds for change of mind or incorrect design submissions
• Claims for defects must be made within 7 days of receipt

6. Design Ownership and Copyright

Customers must own or have obtained proper rights and permissions for any designs, images, or content submitted for printing. TeeFusion is not responsible for copyright infringement by customers.

7. Production Time

Standard production time is 3-5 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays. Rush orders may be available at an additional cost.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. Once production has begun, cancellation may not be possible, and a partial refund may be issued at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

TeeFusion shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
